Joyswee is a well-known smart waterbed manufacturer in China. It has decades of experience in researching and developing water mattresses. We made an exclusive interview with Jean Zhang of the company. Full text of the interview follows:
What do you have in your product portfolio and which products did you display at Sleepwell Expo?
We have both water mattress and air mattress in our product portfolio, and we displayed both of them at Sleepwell Expo.
What are the main features of waterbeds?
Originally invented to prevent bedsore of the bedridden patients, nowadays the water mattress devotes to provide people the healthiest and most comfortable mattress possible. Smart waterbed shifts to accommodate your weight and shape, providing excellent lumbar support. Being heated by carbon fiber material, the waterbed temperature is controlled and can be set to personal preference.
How was Sleepwell Expo 2016? Were you satisfied with the performance of the show?
Sleepwell Expo 2016 was great. A lot of industry professionals came to our booth, and we are quite satisfied with the performance of the show.
Which fairs are you planning to attend in 2017?
We have not decided yet.
Do you have any new product development plan in the near future?
Yes, we are developing various mattress covers for our water mattresses, including different material and design. We are also developing new mattress frames to hold the water mattress.
What is the position of your company in the market when you consider your products and your competitors?
We are new kind of smart mattress manufacturer compared with traditional type. Our target market is middle to high-end level customers, who want to have more comfortable and healthier sleep.
What would you like to say about your quality principles and customer satisfaction?
Our quality guarantee period is ten years. We provide whole life after sales service, so customer will not have any worries at home when using our water mattress.
