Has been producing furniture products in Inegol, Bursa, since 1996, Weltew company started to produce mattresses in 2014 with four new products.

On the past of his company
Weltew company has been serving in furniture industry by producing variety of articles and sets for bedrooms, dining rooms, teen rooms, coaches, and armchairs. This year we begin to produce beds.
On the new product line
We produce all major types of beds demanded by consumers and the retailers. We make our beds by using health and ergonomic cotton fabrics. We have four major models. We have harder beds for people who have back and belly pains. We have softer beds made of visco materials either padded or non-padded. They are called as Gold series.
We invested 1.5 million Euro on machinery in our factory of 45 thousand sqm. 5 thousand sqm covered area will be added this year. Our modular production will be increased 125 percent with the additional machinery.
On exports
Exports are indispensable for every manufacturer. We also export some of our production. 17 percent of our furniture products are exported heavily to Middle East countries. Besides, Europe, North Africa and Turkic countries are other markets. We have distributors in Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan and a franchisee in Saudi Arabia. Exports of beds we manufactured will be started soon.
On the motivation to enter bed manufacturing as a furniture company
We target to establish exclusive distributorships. For this we have had a complete product portfolio including beds. Category of bed is a rising line in our business, because people and the market have become aware of the importance of quality of sleep and quality of beds in their lives. They pay serious amounts of money to buy beds.
Ten years ago, bed was the least important item in bedrooms. Today, it is regarded as a major item. This was our main motivation to enter in this category.
